We are searching our new PreSales and Commercial Support Director (Adoption Support Director). This is a (mid to) senior-level role tasked with helping the business grow its revenue lines and market share.
As our Adoption Support Director your main duty is to:
- Study the adoption cycles for each target audience of the organization, selects the most appropriate professionals, and implement platforms that support those processes.
- Constantly improve those processes and the skills of the team in pursuit of organizational excellence.
The target audiences are:
- Developers (TBD with Innovation Studio)
- Solution Providers
- Training Partners
- Startups / Entrepreneurs
- Social Impact Endeavors
- Implement the systems that will support and measure the adoption cycles
- Define and map the roles needed in all adoption projects
- Make sure that all team members have and develop expert skills for their role
Experience & Skills Required
- Own the adoption training program, make sure that contains are updated on a regular basis and that all adoption team members complete the whole adoption induction process
- Facilitate the professional and personal growth and cultural alignment of all members of the Adoption Support area
- Define and refine the Partners Program.
- On-boarding and engagement of the technology partners.
- Enforce the Partner Network rules
- Evaluate the Partners
- Train adoption support teams on the use of the adoption support tools (CRM, sales repository, and others) and processes
- Define KPIs for relevant adoption processes and elaborate reports.
- Based on KPIs provide insights to the Adoption Gardener on areas that might be improved

- Based preferently in Montevideo, Uruguay or anywhere else in the world as we are a Global Organization.
